Meet Our Staff

Meet the experienced and friendly staff of Precision Eye Care, a proud provider of vision care products and services in Warwick.

Judy – Licensed Optician

Judy is our licensed optician here at Precision Eye Care She works in the optical department, helping patients choose frames that fit comfortably and provide the best possible vision. She takes all of the important measurements needed to ensure each pair of glasses is made accurately.

Judy completed a two-year optician apprenticeship in Vermont and then earned her certification by passing both the written and practical exams through the American Board of Opticianry (ABO).

As an optician, Judy does much more than help patients pick out glasses. She helps patients understand their prescriptions, recommends lens options based on their needs, takes precise measurements, adjusts and repairs eyewear, and helps solve any issues patients may have with their glasses. She enjoys helping patients find eyewear that not only looks great but also helps them see their best.

Kailyn – Optometric Technician

As an optometric technician, Kailyn’s contributions to the Precision Eye Care team are far-reaching, spanning many important aspects of the patient experience. She prepares patients for their doctor visits, facilitates their medical imaging/testing, and helps them choose the perfect frame for both their personal style and their prescription needs.

What she enjoys most of all is providing precise, helpful, and accurate information to patients on a wide variety of optical topics, in hopes of answering any question a patient may have. Kailyn instructs our contact lens insertion and removal training classes and enjoys helping patients learn and master the wear and care techniques of both standard and specialty contacts.

Kim – Clinical Assistant

As a versatile and dedicated professional at Precision Eye Care, seamlessly integrating the roles of receptionist, optometric technician, and insurance specialist. With a welcoming smile, Kim greets patients at the front desk, expertly managing appointment schedules and ensuring a smooth check-in process. Kim conducts essential preliminary tests and prepares patients for eye examinations, all while providing clear explanations to make them feel comfortable and informed.

Additionally, Kim navigates the complexities of insurance, verifying benefits and assisting patients with claims and billing inquiries, ensuring they understand their coverage options. This unique combination of skills allows her to provide exceptional, compassionate service, making each patient’s experience as efficient and pleasant as possible.
